Our History
Founded
Tamboril Free Zone Industrial Park was founded in 1997 by its President, Mr. Mícalo Bermúdez in response to the high demand for industrial warehouses.
The construction of the third warehouse
Spanning 24,000 square feet, which now houses a company engaged in the sale and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods, Distribuidora Corripio.
Expansion continued
Expansion continued with the construction of three new buildings, which now host the operations of a prestigious cigar manufacturing company, La Aurora.
The establishment of HB Trim
The establishment of HB Trim, a component supplier, and Good Box, a shoebox manufacturer.
Almanorte began its operations
Almanorte began its operations, with a total of 40,000 square feet dedicated to providing customs warehousing services.
The installation of Paquetá
The installation of Paquetá, part of the Colina Business Group, a Brazilian company that now occupies over 100,000 square feet and employs more than 1,500 people in the footwear manufacturing industry.

Three more warehouses are under construction for a new client, totaling 125,754 square feet.
